Coordinator for Retention and Multicultural Programming
Summary of Job Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for the coordination, promotion, development, and evaluation of a variety of programs and services that promote the retention and graduation rates for underrepresented minority students (URM).Work collaboratively with the Executive Director in the promotion, implementation, and engagement of retention and student success efforts, leadership programs, and student-centered services in the OMI Office.Assist the Executive Director in training, supervision, and evaluation of student staff.Coordinate the Emerging Scholars Institute.Collect and organize data relevant to the success of underrepresented students.
