Coding Manager
The Coding Manager is responsible for leading and supervising the health information management coding staff. Establish coding policies that comply with coding standards. Develop and implement training, auditing, and continuing education programs for the coding staff. Oversees the workflow ensuring all records are coded within established timeframes. Manages DNFB. Ensures systems are updated. Education: Minimum - High School or Equivalent. Preferred - Associate's Degree in Health Information Management, Nursing, or other related field. Experience: Required - 5 or more years working coding in an acute care setting. Training/License:
