The program spans 12 weeks over the summer and is available at multiple office locations across the United States.
About the Role:
During this 12-week internship, you will get the opportunity to learn and develop your knowledge on insurance underwriting and surety products and enhance our underwriting processes through data analysis and gain experience by assisting various levels of surety professionals in these tasks.
In this role you will also have the opportunity to participate in several projects and business cases with direct exposure to senior level surety leadership globally as well as to other key stakeholders such as IT and Operations.
After this 12-week program, the intern should have a high-level understanding of both insurance and surety industries, enhance their skills on data/analytics and product management and gain valuable job experience useful to obtaining a permanent role in the surety industry after graduation.

Other required qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a bachelors or master's degree in Business Administration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Some programming knowledge in Python
