You will have an opportunity to play multiple roles across a career trajectory ranging from strategy / planning, solution architecture delivery, functional to technology alignment, business/stakeholder engagement and delivery management. Our clients are increasingly investing in digitisation, simplification, value realisation and modernisation, through business transformation initiatives such as Digital, Core Operations, Finance and Data. To meet this demand, we are growing our AI Led Customer Decisioning team and are looking for Pega 1:1 Customer Engagement specialists.
What will your typical day look like?
You will be part of or responsible for conducting Pega Decisioning workstream on a large client project. You will need a range of skills from interviewing client stakeholders, capturing business problem statements, leading client workshops, designing, building, and implementing Pega Decisioning solutions, and communicating the impact of your results to your clients. As you grow, you will take up more senior level responsibilities across solutions, client relationships and business development, and coaching and mentoring junior members of the team.
In this role you will be a key member in shaping, designing, and delivering Pega Customer Decisioning programs, while playing vital role in building the AI Led Customer Decisioning practice.

You are someone with:
4+ years of relevant Pega System Architecture consulting or industry experience in implementing Pega Decisioning projects experience through all phases of the project lifecycle from scoping and planning, requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and go live.
2+ year(s) experience delivering complex Marketing/CVM engagements with team members in multiple locations
Pega Senior System Architect certification.
Strong consulting & analytics skills.
Preferred:
Ability to understand and communicate client strategic business drivers and operational process requirements AND link specific business requirements to Pega Decisioning capabilities.
Ability to collaborate and communicate well with teams across multiple workstreams such as IT, Marketing, Data, Digital, Customer Value Management etc.
Ability to create critical collaterals for client workshops and customer interactive sessions.
