The Associate Director of the Center for Statistical Training & Consulting (CSTAT) assists the Director in carrying out CSTAT’s mission. Successful candidates will (1) coordinate CSTAT’s projects with CSTAT consultants; (2) manage CSTAT’s project database and reports; (3) collaborate with CSTAT clients and partners on research projects; (4) mentor and coach graduate students; (5) assists with the overall administration of the unit and stakeholder relations.

Required Degree
Doctorate -Statistics or other quantitative field
Minimum Requirements
The job requires a Ph.D. in Statistics or a quantitative field.
4 years’ experience in statistical consulting and research (including during the degree program),
2 years managerial experience (including project management, preparing budgets, supervising team members),
excellent organizational planning and time management skills,
knowledge of applied statistical methodologies.
Strong interpersonal skills and written and oral communication skills are essential.
