We Offer This key manager role in Global Operations requires the management and oversight of the Client Instruction Management (CIM) team which provide critical payment processing and client verification activities for Private Banking. Timely and accurate handling of outgoing and incoming funds transfers in conjunction with driving digital automation are key deliveries for the Client Instruction Manager. This is a AVP role in Singapore with the following objectives: ??? To follow all relevant statutory, regulatory and Credit Suisse directives, regulations and policies ??? To manage all incoming issues and partner concerns related to day-to-day instruction handling in a timely, accurate and customer friendly manner and achieve high service levels ??? Driving Digital Change ??? Build and encourage a digital change culture in the team ??? Implement improved processes with a focus on digital straight through processing solutions. ??? Participation and collaboration across Front-to-Back projects ??? Support testing new applications ??? Responsible for Audit, Monitoring & Testing, SOX, QAR and all risk and controls related review and exercise ???
