Oversee the development, coordination and execution of business and community development events and activities in support of growth & brand strategies and respective lines of businesses.
Partner with the Brand Strategies department on the development, coordination and execution of internal corporate recognition and rewards events.
Consult with line of business leaders and recommend sales and prospecting strategies, as well as strategies and initiatives to improve operational efficiency, customer experience and loyalty.
Function as troubleshooter and resource link for sales and service support throughout the organization.
Act as a "Busey Brand Ambassador" - maintain design and integrity of corporate brand and culture internally and externally; perform Brand In Action Audits in corporate markets.
Responsible for working with other departments across the organization to refine processes, policies and procedures in support of the customer experience, efficiency, brand integrity, and quality control.
Implementation and execution of the customer experience, sales and service training, business development and community relations programs at Busey.
In partnership with the Sales & Strategy team, all sales, navigate marketing and customer and community experience programs to effectively describe and promote the organization and its strategic initiatives and products.

EDUCATION, TRAINING & STANDARDS OF PERFORMANCE
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration or related field is preferred.
Requires 5 or more year's progressively responsible, multi-faceted sales, marketing and event planning experience.
