The Undergraduate Admissions Marketing Team is passionate about building the Baylor Family and fostering an environment of excellence and community for incoming students. We are looking for a creative Social Media Manager to boost our presence on TikTok, YouTube and Instagram, with a special focus on Baylor-related content and events.
A bachelor's degree and less than one year of relevant work experience are required. Two years of relevant work experience is preferred.
A combination of education and experience will be considered in lieu of one another.
This is a part-time, temporary position.
A valid Driver License with a clear driving record of at least two years is required.
Applicants must currently be authorized to work in the United States on a Full-Time basis.
What You Will Do
Work with Admissions teammates to create engaging TikTok, Instagram and YouTube videos that align with our brand and showcase Baylor-related events.
Craft and implement strategies to grow our audience and increase engagement.
Stay current with platform trends and incorporate them into our content.
Track performance and provide insights for improvement.
Interact with followers and build a vibrant community.
Attend and cover Baylor events to create timely, relevant content.
Perform all other duties as assigned to support Baylor's mission.
Ability to comply with University policies.
Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
