On behalf of a global financial services organization, responsible for conceptualizing, designing, building, and deploying Enterprise Content Management platform and solutions for Barclays Digital group. ??? Ensure that coding and unit testing of software components for new or enhanced IT systems are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements, Enterprise-wide Risk Management Framework, Technical Road map, internal Barclays Policies and Standards. ??? Deliver Web content management solution built using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites and Assets management modules. ??? Work on complex on premise Content Management systems, using secure infrastructure integrations built on on-premise and deployed in secure network zone. ??? Utilize custom Web module development and Workflow solutions built using various Web technologies like JAVA, Apache OSGI and Sling Web frameworks. ??? Design highlight resilient platforms that meet highly available, performance, monitoring requirements and meet the regulatory requirements for resilience and business continuity practice. ??? Collaborate directly with business groups to clarify detailed business requirements. Responsible for leading project implementation, for delivering an integrated Digital solution for Marketing, Acquisition and customer servicing work streams. ??? Responsible for developing software solutions and applying iterative methods to develop and deliver software that enriches the experience of its end users while exhibiting high internal and external quality. ??? Responsible for employing agile software development techniques including task estimation, test automation, deployment automation and continuous integration to ensure the quality of software, and enhance overall execution speed and product quality. ??? Responsible for coordinating agile team members to deliver software. ??? Act as technical lead on projects, representing Digital Servicing's applications. ??? Troubleshoot QA and production issues relating to the customer website and mobile applications. ??? Review log files and customer analytic data to understand and solve for potential issues. ??? Plan technical solutions.
What we're looking for:
Minimum of Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field and 5 years of progressively responsible post baccalaureate experience as a Systems Integrator, System Architect, System Programmer or a related occupation.
Must have experience with each of the following required skills:
??? Architecting, building, integrating and managing a highly performing and highly available WCM platform capabilities and applications; ??? Using Adobe AEM (CQ), Java & Web technologies on MS Windows 2008 & IIS 7.5 server platform; ??? Integrating with various enterprise capabilities like MS FAST Search, SSO, Tagging solutions and external Akamai CDN, Clay Tablet language translations and Analytics solutions; ??? Using Adobe CQ product, DMZ architecture, Network security, infrastructure solutions like VMware virtualization, networking, storage and integration with AWS and internal Open stack cloud services; ??? Re-architect using EMC Doumentum WCM products, IBM Websphere Portal, and Oracle WebLogic; ??? Acting as technical lead for business intelligence platforms implementation using IBM Cognos and TM1 BI and MS SQL DB products; and ??? Use MS technologies like ASP.NET applications, Windows, IIS, MS SQL and CA Netgrity Siteminder, TIBCO, and Interwoven.
