Scope of Position The CCC-James is committed to continuously improving the quality of care provided to patients as well as the systems supporting research, clinical care, and operations. This position serves as a key component of the Operations Improvement (OI) department. Under the direction of the Manager, Operations Improvement, the Project Manager is responsible for planning and overseeing projects within the organization, from the initial ideation through completion. The Project Manager will coordinate people and processes to deliver projects on time, within budget and with the desired outcomes aligned to objectives will monitoring and reporting on the progress throughout the project.The department of Operations Improvement is located at Ackerma
