Serves as Senior Program Manager of the Structured Flexible Work Program, an enterprise-wide, multi-year effort to support mission excellence through regular and predictable onsite encounters to enhance relationship building, problem-solving and collaboration, The Senior Program Manager leads multiple central enabling Workstreams and coordinates with Control Points (entities reporting to Chancellor) to develop structured and strategic work plans. Central Workstreams include:HR to develop telework agreements, policies and monitoring protocols.Space to optimize assignments, design and implement reservation systems.Transportation to develop and implement commute solutions.Communications to support consistent messaging and change management
