This position:● is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the Surgical Critical Care and Cardiothoracic Surgery Fellowship programs, working in conjunction with their Program Directors and the Surgical Education team.● is a hybrid position, usually working 1 day per week on Wednesdays in person and 4 days per week at home.○ The candidate will typically work 1 to 2 Wednesday evenings per month (up to 7:30p; these days, the candidate would shift their work hours to 10:30a-7:30p, as well as three Saturdays per year and one Sunday per year.)●is financially supported to attend an annual national specialty conference● is required to attend pre-planned in-person and virtual events on an ad hoc basis throughout the year.
