Scope of PositionThe Respiratory Therapy Department provides all types of respiratory care including respiratory therapy treatments, ICU services, neonatal, adult and geriatric, oxygen and humidity therapy, mechanical ventilation, whole blood analysis, and pulmonary diagnostics, both inpatient and outpatient settings.The Associate Director collaborates with the medical director(s), department director, administration, and system colleagues in the development and implementation of department goals and strategies and strategic growth opportunities.The Associate Director is responsible for planning and development of the capital budget and yearly expense budget along with closely monitoring department expenses and productivity throughou
