Reporting to the Senior Director of Development, the Associate Director of Development will work closely with physicians, administrators, and researchers to further all aspects of the fundraising programs for areas to include the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery, the Department of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery, and the Helen Diller Family Comprehensive Cancer Center. Major responsibilities of this role include:* Managing the university's relationship with current donors and prospective donors who give or can give at the $100,000 level or above* Designing and implementing comprehensive strategies to identify, cultivate, and steward high capacity individuals* Developing gift proposals and marketing materials*
