Job SummaryThe Athletic Facilities Operations Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of the Harvard Athletics Allston Complex including 18 buildings encompassing over 1 million gross square feet. The incumbent will manage a team of full- and part-time staff members as well as contracted vendor staff who serve Harvard and external community members year-round. Administrative responsibilities include organizational matters such as staff scheduling and management, facility maintenance, assigning, tracking, and completing work orders in addition to other duties.
