Employee Engagement, Development, & CoordinationOversees the coordination and logistics of the Employee Engagement initiatives by providing. Develops, coordinates and evaluates customized programming, communication, event management, logistics and budgets for the College's Employee Engagement initiatives and commitments including Employee Recognition and celebrations; employee engagement events, employee social events, and other celebrations. Supports daily Cougar Paw recognition and other employee recognition activities and events, including project administrative duties.Provides ongoing support and coordination of in-person and hybrid engagement initiatives and events; campus tours; meet and greets; and other employee engagement events, as needed.
