Special Instructions to ApplicantsThis position requires being on the Westwood campus a few days a week.  Position SummaryUCLA Humanities Technology (HumTech) provides information and technology services to the UCLA College, Humanities Division. As part of HumTech, the incumbent serves as the primary Unix Systems Engineer, in charge of maintaining operational functionality. This role is focused on the Unix portion of the organization infrastructure and will serve as a backup to the Windows Engineer. This role is responsible for both on-premises and cloud-based systems that directly impact the day-to-day computing environment
