The position is responsible for managing buildings and grounds to ensure the needs of faculty, staff and students are met. It will independently perform repair and maintenance tasks, responding to a variety of needs and issues. The position will manage operating budgets and planning for future needs to support university activities, ensuring compliance with university rules, regulations and policies. It will assess the needs of buildings for long-term functionality, developing and implementing standard operating procedures and project plans in accordance with business needs.This is an essential position that will be called upon in the event of an emergency and/or university closure.Duties may include:Managing and overseeing all facility-based projects
