Job Summary: Provides leadership for establishing and maintaining an elevated service experience for researchers and campus partners in the Day Family Research Lab (DFRL) at UTA Libraries. Manages the lab space, provides exceptional service at the desk, assists with the management of student employees and graduate research assistants, and coordinates events in the lab or at other campus locations. Additionally, serves as an initial point of contact for collaboration and provides essential administrative support for DFRL staff and librarians.Essential Duties: Staff the DFRL service point with a focus on connecting researchers
