Summary: Teaching Fellows are paired with a Lead Teacher and class of 23-24 students for the academic school year. They support Lead Teachers and Subject Area Teachers in classroom management, teaching, and other administrative and clerical tasks. They are mentored by their Lead Teachers as they learn and hone their craft to become a Lead Teacher. The program is designed to be a two-year one initially.
