The Senior Systems Manager assumes a leadership role in managing the systems area of Student Financial Aid (SFA) within the Office of Strategic Enrollment Management (SEM) at The Ohio State University. Leads and manages the day-to-day operations of the SFA Systems Support area. Leads planning, development, implementation, and maintenance of student information systems for SFA. Advises the Assistant Vice Provost (AVP) on overall planning of future systems development.Collaborating with SFA leadership, the Senior Systems Manager identifies needs, challenges, and strategies for implementing systems solutions, while also ensuring efficient allocation of staff and resources within the SFA Systems area.
