Job Summary: The Associate Director reports to the Child Development Lab Director and serves as a backup in the Director's absence. The Associate Director is responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations including staff scheduling, providing leadership in designated project management tasks, assists with budget development and oversight, assists with purchasing, payments, and tuition account billing, ensures licensing and accreditation standards are consistently met, regularly assists with reviewing and writing new and updated policies and procedures to align with current standards.
