The Highlights:In accordance with the mission of the Department of Athletics, collaboratively leads all NIL efforts for DePaul Athletics, including but not limited to: education, strategy and growth, compliance and policy implementation, marketing, and trend analysis within the guidelines of federal and state laws, as well as NCAA, BIG EAST Conference, and DePaul University policies. The role will host monthly NIL strategy discussions with key leaders within the athletics department to coordinate and advance NIL efforts. The role will maintain a focus on innovation, growth, and organizational change management to allow DePaul Athletics to be positioned ahead of the industry on NIL efforts.What You'll Do:
