Job Summary: Responsible for performing specialized clerical duties for the Marketing department and supporting the department Chair, faculty, and administrative assistant. The Marketing department consists of approximately 20 faculty along with doctoral students and master's graduate teaching assistants. The Support Specialist will assist the administrative assistant with the coordination of the department main office and the support of all faculty, staff, and student needs.Essential Duties: Facilitate front office operations:answers and routes calls, mail, and department email, greets students and visitors and refers them to appropriate on-campus resources as needed.Maintain breakroom and off
