The OTOP/OBOT Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support for the OTOP and OBOT programs. Key responsibilities include: take accurate minutes at various meetings, schedule and track all patient medical appointments, enter clinical data into various EHR databases, create monthly calendars, support OTOP's leadership team, provide independent project management, editing/proofreading skills, and possessing the ability to compose professional narrative content on behalf of Leadership. The OTOP/OBOT Administrative Assistant will also serve as a back-up receptionist; and perform other duties as needed.
