Job SummaryThe Financial Analyst supports all aspects of Asset Management, including management of capital expenditure, redevelopment, and interior renovation projects, along with all necessary reporting. This individual works closely with Finance, Real Estate Investments, Revenue Management, Accounting, Construction/Facilities, and on-site Operations teams in order to adequately support the needs of the department. While the analyst reports directly to the Director of Asset Management, this individual also provides support for the Asset Manager, which requires the analyst to appropriately prioritize and manage tasks.
