Department OverviewAs the Practice Development Manager (PDM) you are responsible for scoping, planning, implementing, and following-up on practice development initiatives in Community Hematology Oncology (CHO), to include clinic and infusion operations. Practice development initiatives may encompass areas of access, referral management, patient and referral experience, and quality and safety. Emphasis will be on working with CHO leadership to build optimal structures to develop and execute strategies that enhance and drive referral growth by forming, growing and maintaining long-term professional relationships with physicians, medical specialty groups, and other clinical groups, and overseeing all business development, marketing, and community relations activities.
