Job Description: The Assistant Director Advancement Operations will manage the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs' functional aspects of gift processing and related reporting, and track internal fundraising results through regular fundraising report preparation and validation, managing metrics/leading indicators of progress, and supporting operational compliance within the department.The Assistant Director Advancement Operations is involved with all aspects of the development database (Blackbaud/Citrus) ensuring accuracy of records, including gift entries, donor acknowledgement letters and donor reports. This person works closely with Maxwell's Senior Director for Budget and Administration, the Assistant Director for Stewardship and Engagement
