Reporting to the Senior Associate Director, the Assistant Director is a key contributing member of the team responsible for raising immediate impact gifts for The Wellesley Fund (annual fund) and growing overall alumnae participation rates for the College. The Assistant Director recruits, manages, trains and supports class volunteers (Wellesley Fund Representatives and Assistant Representatives) for the five most recent graduating classes. The Assistant Director solicits members of the five most recent graduating classes not covered by volunteers and participates in end of fiscal year solicitation efforts with non-donors from those classes.
