Job Summary This editorial position is responsible for improving existing publishing technology platforms, researching and adopting new software, and helping guide the Standards Department toward publishing digital and requirements-based standards. Primary responsibilities are editing and formatting standards using existing publishing technology; assessing technology and working with software developers on improvements and customization for a variety of outputs (eReader, web PDF, HTML, etc.); researching and reporting on emerging technologies; collaborating with other GIS programs to determine current and future publishing needs; and participating in efforts to advance digitization of API publications. This position is part of the Standards Departme
