General Job Description: FCEC is looking to hire someone for the position of GIS Specialist/Dispatcher. Candidate will perform multiple computer based tasks as well as dispatch crews during outages.  These tasks include GIS/Digital Mapping work, electronically staking work orders, publishing content for the FCEC website and social media platforms, updating FCEC’s outage management system, maintaining radio communication with field personnel regarding power outages, and also performs various administrative and clerical duties as required.  This job is subject to irregular hours, especially during emergency and/or outage situations.  Candidate must be willing to be on-call when needed.
