Job Description:
Serves as a solutions architect assessing program needs and aligning with business objectives to integrate new functionality and technologies.
Leads EMBA Slate specialist group, a global committee of regional Slate experts drawn from the three admissions teams. This group will manage Slate forms, events, and interviews; queries, emails, and the application review process.
Designs, develops and launches the Executive MBA application ensuring consistency across campuses and incorporating best practices from other programs. Enhances application and evaluation function and design to support a positive user experience.
Manages data analysis projects related to admissions processes.
Drives key strategic projects across marketing and admissions, i.e. email drip campaigns, prospect engagement scoring, volunteer portal.
Collaborates with Director of Marketing on the prospect and admitted student survey strategy, data collection, and key insights.
Manages Slate metrics dashboard that captures the efficacy of current marketing programs.Â
Designs admitted student portal and experience. Serves as a systems liaison between Admissions, Student Program teams, and the University Registrar during transition from admitted student to matriculated student.
Ensures Booth wide initiatives, such as privacy policies and branding standards, are implemented consistently across campuses. Conducts regular system audits to ensure data integrity.
Oversees global collection of Slate data ensuring consistency in fields, decisions, tracking, and reporting. Manages annual data retention process.
Works to actively update Slateâ™s rules for prospect experience optimization and best in class CRM practices.
Leads data cleanup initiatives such as removal of duplicate records and leveraging record update campaigns. Troubleshoots Slate technical issues as needed.
Provides weekly, deadline and year-end admissions cycle reporting. .
Serves as Executive MBA lead for Booth-wide Slate Admin Groups to liaise with other Slate admins and IT to learn and share best practices.
Keeps current with technology trends, admissions data collection, and CRM best practices.
Manages Slate user accounts including creation of new accounts, updating and auditing user permissions, and ensuring access is limited to necessary functions.
Uses best practices and database knowledge to determine the impact of making database changes on other systems and the staff cost for making such changes. Solves complex database problems and modifies database programs to increase processing performance.
Develops reports and files to display requested information, including on-screen links to other screens. Provides guidance on various report writer access, database views, and storage procedures related to all databases. Acts as a resource for the user community by responding to special data needs and questions.
Performs other related work as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience:
At least five years of related experience in system administration and data reporting.
Technical Skills or Knowledge:
Demonstrated expertise in Slate.
Significant knowledge of and willingness to learn Marketo, Adobe Analytics, Microsoft Suite and Tableau.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Coding fluency in SQL.

Demonstrated ability to work effectively and diplomatically with colleagues, faculty, and external vendors in a multitude of communication methods, i.e., in person, email, phone.

Working Conditions
Work hours are Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5pm, and evening and weekend conference calls with London and Hong Kong, with time off in lieu.
Work evenings and weekends as needed (e.g., evening conference calls or evening coverage).
An interest in working and traveling internationally.
