The Chaplaincy Innovation Lab at Brandeis University is recruiting a research manager to start in the summer of 2020. The research manager oversees all research with which the Lab is involved and, in some instances, carries out project-based research. The research manager assists Dr. Cadge in designing the research protocols and preparing research budgets on Lab project proposals, in consultation with the PI and other scholars, for grant-funded projects on contemporary spiritual care in a variety of settings.  The research manager is responsible for ensuring IRB approval is in place for all Lab projects.  In addition, the research manager facilitates all activities required to support the completion of the research as agreed upon by Dr. Cadge, the funder and the PI.  The research man
