We are seeking a Records & Operations Coordinator who will report to the Conservatory Registrar and serves as the initial point for contact for customers, including students, alumni, faculty, staff, and members of the public. This position is responsible for records, research, registration, transcript, and enrollment verification services. The Records & Operations Coordinator is also responsible for student records maintenance including digital imaging, storage, retrieval, and system training, and serves as the project management specialist for records projects.
