Description: The Director of the Center for Leadership and Organizational Excellence (CLOE) is a senior leadership position reporting to the Associate Vice Chancellor of Human Resources/Chief Human Resources Officer and is responsible for the creation and execution of a comprehensive and integrated learning strategy to support the critical needs of the University. This includes conducting assessments of organizational needs and development, measuring outcomes of training and development, implementing and evaluating programs that facilitate the professional development and continuous learning of the University's EHRA Faculty, EHRA Non­-Faculty, and SHRA employees
