Senior Trainer
Design, develop and implement training and development solutions which address the broad team and individual development needs of the organization. Also participate in the design of solutions to ensure consistency and thoroughness. Comfortable using various training mediums, including instructor-led, e-learning and blended approaches. Responsibilities Craft and develop training programs based upon outcomes from training needs analyses. Identify and uses the appropriate training vehicle, such as e-learning, instructor-led and blended approaches, to achieve the desired organizational impact or change. Design and develop training documentation such as curriculum outlines, and user/facilitator guides and other instructional design systems. D
