DescriptionSummary:Under the supervision of the Business Configuration Supervisor, this position is responsible for the oversight of system configuration and assessments related to all of the configuration areas. This person is responsible for partnering with Health Plan Leadership in the more complex, technical, and analytical work related to validation and quality assurance of business requirements for the configuration of the CHRISTUS Health Plans. The creation, maintenance, and implementation of departmental policies and procedures will drive the effort to establish structure and standardization within the Benefit Configuration Department.
