This professional nurse is responsible for participating in a wide variety of specialized invasive cardiovascular diagnostic and therapeutic procedures in Cath/EP lab, that assist in the diagnosis, management, and treatment of cardiovascular disease. He/she is primarily responsible for applying the nursing process to the care of veteran patients during Cardiac Cath/EP procedures. Circulates, assists, and operates equipment for all the various Cardiac Cath/TAVR/EP Lab and Echo Lab procedures.
