Red Rock Design Build is seeking an experienced Senior Architect to help manage our expanding projects and architectural staff. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading the architectural design process, from concept development to project completion. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and vision and orchestrate the architectural solutions. You will help manage the growing architectural firm.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in architectural design, project management, and team leadership. You should possess strong communication and presentation skills, as well as a deep understanding of architectural principles, building codes, and construction practices. You must have experience using Revit.

As a Senior Architect in our firm, you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects across various sectors, including luxury residential, commercial, and community development. You will mentor junior staff, participate in business development initiatives, and contribute to the overall growth and success of the firm.

• A minimum of 8 years professional experience in architecture
• Proficient in Revit
• Strong design portfolio demonstrating creative and innovative solutions
• Licensed architect with accredited degree, or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
• In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
