Job DescriptionThe Physical Plant Director is responsible for operations of Fond du Lac Tribal and Community College 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. The college education facilities include buildings of 200,000 square feet and 40 acres of grounds care, housing units and walkways. This position provides supervision for Fond du Lac Tribal and Community College facilities, facilities staff, and student workers. This position exists to direct and develop policies for the physical plant and non-instructional operations of the college. The Director has the authority to make the human resources and budget decisions necessary for those operations and facilities and serves as the lead facilities advisor to the President of the college.The Physical Plant Director will:Represent the facilities dep
