Typically requires Bachelor's degree required in business, public administration, training, organizational development, human resources or related field. Three years' experience in designing workshops, writing content, and/or presenting. May require professional certification.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in a field related to the duties of this position AND 1 year of professional experience coordinating, designing, and/or delivering trainings and presentations OR an equivalent combination of education, training, and professional training & organizational development experience.
• Familiarity with and understanding of the principles and regulatory requirements related to civil rights laws, equal opportunity, and affirmative action.
• Experience coordinating, designing, and/or delivering trainings and presentations.
• Demonstrated commitment to equity and diversity and creating inclusive environments.
• Demonstrated effectiveness in oral, written, and email communications.
• Experience in the development of content in a variety of formats (e.g. websites, memos, newsletters, brochures, social media, articles, digital and print materials, etc.).
• Understanding of design principles as related to the development of communication and educational materials.
• Proficient with software and tools used for creating print and digital communication and educational materials.
• Demonstrated ability to understand and support the strategic goals of the university articulated in the strategic plan titled Prosperity Widely Shared.
