MAC Coordinator
Job Description Summary
Move Add Change (MAC) Coordinator at our Pune location. This role is intended to support Cushman & Wakefieldâ™s Project Management (PM) team, Facility Management Team by serving as the source for MAC (Moves, Adds, & Changes) coordination in our APAC region.

Scope of Work
Scheduling Services: Coordinate and schedule multiple vendors for various tasks including branding, furniture moves to include adds/removal, associate relocations, and new asset installations.
Vendor Escorting: Escort vendors within the facility to ensure smooth execution of services.
Punch List Development: Create and manage punch lists to track and ensure completion of all tasks.
- Move Strategy and Space Management
Serraview Software Utilization: Utilize Serraview software for developing and implementing move strategies. Interpret space utilization, headcount data, and other related metrics.
Data Interpretation: Analyze and interpret data to optimize space usage and accommodate changes effectively.
- Documentation and Process Improvement
Assessment Documentation: Develop comprehensive documentation that illustrates assessment findings and compares tactical solutions.
Process Recommendations: Define and recommend process improvements based on assessments, including cost analysis and associated risks/benefits for facility adds/changes.
Project Deliverable Review: Review MAC project deliverables to ensure consistency and quality on-site. Ensure all work meets the high standards expected by Cushman & Wakefield.
