What You’ll Do:
As the Marketing & Engagement Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our branding, digital strategy, and event promotions. You’ll work across departments to craft compelling campaigns, enhance the member experience, and ensure NJRHA remains as a prominent association in New Jersey.

Your Impact:

• Develop and execute bold, creative marketing strategies to promote NJRHA programs, initiatives, and events.
• Own our branding—evolve our look, feel, and messaging to reflect who we are and where we’re going.
• Design and manage multi-channel campaigns that resonate with members and stakeholders alike.
• Lead our events to boost awareness, engagement, and attendance.
• Elevate our digital presence through website updates, email marketing, social media storytelling, and analytics tracking.
• Cultivate community—build meaningful connections with members and encourage their active involvement.

Who You Are:

• A strategic thinker with a strong creative flair.
• Experienced in marketing, communications, or event management (3–5 years preferred).
• Skilled in digital tools—social media, email platforms, CMS, basic graphic design (Canva or Adobe a plus).
• A strong writer and storyteller who can bring brand narratives to life.
• Passionate about hospitality and the power of community.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Based out of the Hospitality House in Trenton, NJ this position offers a hybrid work schedule (3 days in the office/2 days remote)
