Seeking an associate to join the team. This is predominately a racehorse practice which serves one location. The position involves a four or five day work week with most days finishing by mid-day to the early afternoon. There is minimal on-call and is split between work days - practice typically averages only 1-3 emergencies per month. As a training center, there are no afternoon or evening racing responsibilities. A great practice where you get to establish a relationship with each horse, following each horse's progress daily, working alongside the trainers, where you become a valued member of the team. Our practice honors a team based approach with a positive support structure and mentoring. Cases are often shared between doctors due to shared select client/trainer load. 

We are looking for a motivated associate who is a good team player. Exclusively an equine practice that concentrates heavily on sports medicine, with some general practice medicine involved. This position predominantly involves racetrack practice, however there is opportunity for additional practice opportunities with our show horse clients (predominantly Hunter/Jumper/Dressage), and local rehabilitation facility, if interested in seeking additional opportunities.  We uphold a high standard of patient care and strongly value innovative medicine.  Digital radiology, ultrasound, upper airway endoscopy (both standard and dynamic), and regenerative medicine are just some of the services provided. The practice is associated with, and has a strong mentorship provided by, the local surgical referral hospital. The hospital is fully equipped with complete surgical and diagnostic capabilities including nuclear scintigraphy and computed tomography.
