Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and self-motivated Architect with 8–10 years of experience to lead projects from concept through construction. This role requires a highly organized individual with strong drawing production skills, project management experience, and excellent interpersonal communication. You’ll be responsible for coordinating teams, communicating with clients and consultants, and ensuring high-quality deliverables on schedule and within budget. This is an in-person position 4 days a week, with the flexibility of working 1 day a week from home.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage architectural projects through all phases (SD through CA)
Produce and oversee drawing sets and technical documentation
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal team members
Maintain project schedules, budgets, and milestones
Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and firm quality control
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
8–10 years of professional experience in an architecture firm
Strong portfolio showcasing design and technical documentation
Proficiency in AutoCAD , Procore, Adobe suite (PS, AI, ID), and Microsoft Office
Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
Proven project management experience
Ability to work independently and lead a team with minimal supervision
Experience with construction administration
Ability to independently go to job sites in the tristate area
