Hammond Wilson is seeking creative Project Designers and Project Architects with at least 3 years of residential experience, who are self-directed and eager to join our growing, talented team. Our portfolio includes a broad range of project types, from high-end single family residences to large mixed-use developments with a variety in between. Hammond Wilson offers a collaborative work environment with opportunities for professional growth and advancement.
Position Responsibilities:
Working closely with senior staff on all phases of project development from conceptual design through construction completion.
Creating presentation material and deliverables including milestone drawing sets, digital models, and renderings.
Integration of structural and building systems, including coordination with consultant engineers.
Research and evaluate building codes, construction techniques, and materials.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor of Architecture required / Master of Architecture preferred.
Minimum 3 of professional experience or equivalent knowledge, skills and abilities.
Demonstrates proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and/or Vectorworks. Familiarity with SketchUp and other graphic software is preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
