Audio Visual and Technology Services, part of Student Union and Event Services, facilitates approximately 6,000 annual reservations utilizing AV equipment across 17 conference rooms, a theater, a multipurpose event space, and two ballrooms. Of these, approximately 600 events require dedicated technical support. The department operates with a team of 18 student technicians who provide technical support and event production services, along with a student administrative assistant who manages scheduling and report tracking. Hours of operation are typically 8:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. during the semester and 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. during academic breaks.
