Description:

Our client has an immediate need for a Manual QA Analyst/Tester, who will work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to design, implement, and execute test plans that verify the functionality and performance of our products

Required skills:

• 4+ years of experience in manual testing
• Experience with Azure DevOps or other test management tools
• Ability to write clear and concise test documentation (test cases, plans, and bug reports)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Experience with accessibility (ADA) compliance or accessibility testing is a plus
• Knowledge of automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, TestComplete, etc.) is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Perform manual testing of web applications and systems to ensure quality and functionality
• Develop and execute detailed test cases, plans, and scripts
• Identify, document, and track defects using Azure DevOps
• Conduct thorough negative testing to ensure systems behave correctly under unexpected conditions
• Work closely with development teams to understand user stories, acceptance criteria, and business requirements
• Provide timely feedback and reports on test results
• Ensure web applications meet ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) compliance and accessibility standards
• Collaborate with team members to improve testing processes and ensure high-quality delivery
