Our client has an immediate need for a Manual QA Analyst/Tester, who will work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to design, implement, and execute test plans that verify the functionality and performance of our products
Required skills:
4+ years of experience in manual testing
Experience with Azure DevOps or other test management tools
Ability to write clear and concise test documentation (test cases, plans, and bug reports)
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Experience with accessibility (ADA) compliance or accessibility testing is a plus
Knowledge of automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, TestComplete, etc.) is a plus
Responsibilities:
Perform manual testing of web applications and systems to ensure quality and functionality
Develop and execute detailed test cases, plans, and scripts
Identify, document, and track defects using Azure DevOps
Conduct thorough negative testing to ensure systems behave correctly under unexpected conditions
Work closely with development teams to understand user stories, acceptance criteria, and business requirements
Provide timely feedback and reports on test results
Ensure web applications meet ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) compliance and accessibility standards
Collaborate with team members to improve testing processes and ensure high-quality delivery
