Horner and Nash DVM, P.C. located in Canton, Ga is looking to add a fifth associate to our growing practice. Canton is located 35 miles north of Atlanta and offers the small-town atmosphere but with big-city amenities nearby and Cherokee county lies at the southern edge of the Blue Ridge Mountains. For over 40 years, Horner and Nash has become one of North Atlanta's most respected and trusted equine ambulatory practices. Our practice treats both performance and pleasure horses providing sports medicine, preventative care, basic surgery, reproduction, dentistry, nutrition, acupuncture and emergency medicine to our patients. 

The practice has a clinic with haul in availability equipped with 4 portable digital radiography units, 2 digital ultrasounds, 1 repro ultrasound, shockwave, 1 and 3 meter scopes, power dental equipment, Stablelab and Vetscan hematology and chemistry analyzer. We also offer IRAP, PRP, Prostride and Alpha-2 macroglobulin and Stem Cells. We currently have 3 rotating veterinary assistants and 2 full time receptionists. 

The position will include a fully stocked practice vehicle, rotation on call between four veterinarians with rotating holidays, a four-day work week, licensing fees, liability insurance, health insurance, continuing education, membership dues, 401 K, vacation, biannual bonuses and full compensation for emergency fees.
