Job DescriptionUnder the supervision of a senior technician or supervisor, performs intermediate level tasks that ensure a safe and comfortable environment, uninterrupted operations of mechanical and utilities systems and equipment, and indoor air quality. Duties include but are not limited to: providing building support services and inspecting, troubleshooting, calibrating and repairing/replacing building systems and equipment.
